St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will always hold a special place in our hearts. When Blake was diagnosed with a brain tumor, fear and uncertainty consumed us. St. Jude became our sanctuary, providing not only world-class medical care but also unwavering emotional support during the most difficult time of our lives. For 15 months, their dedicated team fought alongside Blake, giving him the best possible chance at life. Though his battle ultimately ended in heartbreak, St. Jude’s commitment to never charging families for treatment, travel, housing, or food allowed us to focus solely on Blake and cherish every precious moment. Their compassion and support extended beyond Blake’s passing, offering grief counseling and resources to help our family heal. St. Jude gave us hope, strength, and unwavering love when we needed it most, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
